About the Event
Sue is a holistic nutrition therapist helping women understand what is going on in their body during menopause so they can prepare for an empowered journey through this time of hormonal upheaval.
Her approach to helping women is through non-diet practises, focusing on nourishing the body, not punishing it.
Menopause symptoms can be extremely debilitating making it hard to juggle all the things women have to do day to day, let alone building a business on top of that too!
Sue’s aim is to help women tailor their nutrition and lifestyle to support optimal health at this time and protect long term health since women are now living 30+ years post menopause.
Sue’s philosophy is to make this time the best time of our lives!
